ANNOUNCEMENT: ECTEL Vacancy Notice Financial Director




Applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals are invited to be appointed to the post of FINANCIAL DIRECTOR with the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) at its regional headquarters located in Saint Lucia.

The chief financial officer must in particular:

The candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Professional accounting certificate: ACCA, CPA, CGA or similar
  • At least ten (10) years of accounting or financial management experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a leadership position within a finance/accounting department
  • Previous experience in a telecommunications regulatory environment would be an asset

The compensation package is set at grade 5, is exempt from income tax and includes housing, vehicle and communication allowances.
