The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

22ND OF JULY
♦ Ervin Dewayne Alexander, 37, of Ogburn Avenue, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, speeding to escape traffic arrest, resisting or delaying an officer and a drug offence.

♦ Shannon Meliea Bentley, 49, of Grainger Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of impersonation.

JULY 23
♦ Ervin Dewayne Alexander, 37, of Ogburn Avenue, Winston-Salem, charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

♦ Latavious Lamont Massey, 46, of Garvin Drive, Charlotte, charged with fleeing justice.

♦ Brandon Rasheed Rankins, 27, of Prosperity Place, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and hit and run or arrest.

JULY 24
♦ Timothy Franklin Wing, 31, of Planters Lane, Rowan, charged with breaking and entering.

♦ Kate Buchanan Kelly, 42, of Barbary Drive, Statesville, charged with taking or obtaining a financial transaction card and theft for misdemeanor.

JULY 25
♦ Timothy Scott Anderson, 61, of Skyuka Road, Statesville, charged with a sex offender in or near children’s premises.

JULY 26
♦ Kevin James Gambrell, 46, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of identity changes online and sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of change of address.

♦ Hannah Elizabeth Hawkins, 37, of Mayhew Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with altering, destroying or removing the serial number of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a criminal.

♦ Jesse T. Malaney, 34, of Swan Street, Schenectady, NY, charged with Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cocaine and Three Drug-Related Misdemeanors.

JULY 27
♦ Melanie Nicole Smith, 29, of Foxcroft Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for substances controlled and two drug offences.

♦ Justin Matthew Upright, 29, of Ellick Drive, Newton, has received a genuine felony indictment.

JULY 28
♦ Kira Holly James, 40, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and four misdemeanors dope.
