To help citizens better understand county finances, Osceola County Clerk and County Comptroller Kelvin Soto, Esq. released the inaugural edition of Osceola On The Rise’s popular annual financial report for the fiscal year ended 2021.
“Osceola On The Rise” is a summary of the financial information provided in the Osceola County Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (ACFR) which was jointly prepared by the Office of the Comptroller and the Osceola County Board of Commissioners.
